Orders & Delivery (London)
We deliver ourselves in London with our zero-emissions electric van, Wednesday to Friday. Please order by 4pm for next-day delivery.
We’re in the following postcodes through the week:
Wednesday: W1, WC, N, EC, E, SE
Thursday: NW, W, SW, SE
Friday: W1, WC, N, EC, E, SE
The minimum order within London is 24 bottles or £200 before VAT. Mixed cases accepted.
Orders & Delivery (UK)
Outside of London we ship next working day Tuesday to Thursday. We use APC for smaller orders and North Kent Couriers for larger orders on pallets.
If you let us know before midday we can usually dispatch on the same day. Next-day delivery most often arrives between 9–5 but the service is not guaranteed. It’s always good to give yourself extra time for delays. If your order has not arrived within 48 hours please notify us and we can follow up with the courier.
The minimum order outside of London is 24 bottles. Mixed cases accepted.
We do ask that you keep the total bottle number within multiples of 12 (24,36,48 etc) - it’s much safer to ship in fully packed boxes of 12.
Terms
Terms and Conditions of Trading:
All orders are subject to acceptance to our Terms and Conditions of Trading.
Any variation will only be valid if agreed in writing by Under The Bonnet Wines LTD
Credit: The first invoice will be proforma and then 30 days direct debit upon the passing of references. Without references, the first 3 orders will be proforma whilst a credit history is built with us.
Paper Free: We try to keep our use of paper to a minimum across the business and don’t include printed invoices in the orders. When your order is dispatched we will send out an invoice via email so you can check it against your order when it arrives.
Deliveries: All orders are subject to availability. Please check your deliveries to ensure that the total number of bottles received matches the total indicated on the invoice. Please notify us of any breakages/shortages immediately. If any breakages/shortages are reported after the calendar day upon which the goods are delivered, we regret that a credit note cannot usually be issued.
Cancellation and alterations: Any cancellation or alteration must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery.
Faulty items: Any faulty items should be clearly indicated as soon as possible by contacting us. Faulty items should please be kept for inspection until an assessment has been made. Faulty items will be replaced by a new item, credit note, or refund.
Credit Notes & Refunds: No credit notes or refunds will be raised for any stock purchased more than 12 months before the credit note is requested.
