An 80-hectare mixed organic farm where horses are used for ploughing as it's quicker than using a tractor; 25 hectares are under vine. A farming family for 10 generations (over 300 years), Vincent and his brother purchased the current farm 20 years ago, converting to organics 15 years ago. Only concrete tanks, no SO2, use of the native southern grape Aramon brings real freshness in the Pompom this year.
