They’ve done it again: summer in a bottle!
Super-bright, fresh with citrus, someone’s been going heavy with the zester whilst prepping the picnic. Drinks like a good time in a meadow, heady with nearby elderflower.

Winemaking: Varieties were hand-harvested from three UK vineyards: Bacchus sourced from Forty Hall, London and Natalia Harris, Hastings (both certified organic), Chardonnay & Auxerrois were picked from a’Becketts - Wiltshire (uncertified, no insecticides or pesticides). All varieties were pressed directly, initially fermented separately before bottling together to finish as a pet-nat. Disgorged in spring 2024, no added sulphur.
