Winemaking: Hand harvested from 50 year old vines. De-stemmed and macerated for 12 days outside in open lagar. The free-run juice was aged for 11 months in their open-air cellar, in 400l French barrels, and bottled via gravity with no additions. (The press juice was aged separately for Moscatel Flor 2020)

Sulphur: None added (19mg/l total, absorbed from barrel)

Soil: Red granitic clay
