2020 - Mingaco Moscatel Flor
2020 - Mingaco Moscatel Flor
From all their Muscat, the free run juice was aged in barrels, and the press juice was aged in tank, under a veil of flor: hence the name. Beautifully saline, nutty and dynamic. A one off apparently, and a triumph!
Cuvée: Moscatel Flor

Grapes/Blend: Moscatel de Alejandría

Later bottled via gravity with no additions. (The free run juice was aged separately for Moscatel Barrica 2020)
