Winemaking: With losses to the Pinot Noir thanks to heavy mildew, Yann opted for a different take on the Rosé: A 50:50 blend of 6-hour pressed Pinot Noir and de-stemmed Pinot Gris with a week maceration. Aged in tank on the lees for 6 months, bottled unfined, unfiltered and with zero sulphur.
