For the first time in 2021 Yann has picked Gewurz from parcels over both granite and gres, with heavy losses to mildew in the granite parcels. A little more width and tropical fruit than prior years.

Winemaking: From two parcels of different terroir, 25% of the grapes were de-stemmed and macerated for 3 weeks, lending a little extra body and dialling up the tropical aromatics. The other 75% was pressed slowly but directly over 6 hours. Aged in stainless steel without filtration. No added sulphur.
