Winemaking: Hand harvested, an infusion of de-stemmed Muscat, Pinot Gris and Gewürztraminer, suspended in a tank of direct-pressed Auxerrois juice. Muscat and Pinot Gris were pulled out of the tank after 15 days, the Gewurz continued infusing for six months. All pressed slowly and gently and aged in tank for six months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
