Winemaking: Hand-harvested from parcels on the Iphöfer Kronsberg hill, grown over Keuper soils. De-stemmed and macerated on the skins in amphora for 9 months. Pressed gently to stainless steel for settling before bottling in Summer 2024, unfined, unfiltered and with no additions.
