We are Belinda, Basile and Alex. Friends and fellow restaurateurs, we launched Under the Bonnet in January 2015 to buy and sell the kind of natural wines that we like to drink ourselves in our favourite bars, restaurants and at home. These are wines from places close to our hearts; around Nantes, Angers and Saumur in the Loire west of the valley. We work with growers that operate simply, respecting their natural environment. To us the relationships with the people behind the bottles are just as significant as the grapes inside them.
