Sourced from vineyards on the Peyraud plateau. Plantings from the early 1980's and massal selection vines from 2006-2008. Destemmed, 3 weeks in concrete vat, pumped over daily and a little pigeage. Aged for 12 months in a combination of old barrels (225L) & demi-muid (600L).
A further 3-4 months together in tank, bottled unfined & unfiltered.

Sulphur: 15mg/l
