It's also the name of the vineyard where they first pruned the grapes and fell in love with them.
Anthony Vidal is from a farming family. He has had a passion for grapes since he was very young. In 2014, he met Audrey, a city girl from Marseille. She fell in love with the vineyards and ever since, has been dedicated to agriculture. In 2018, after discussing their desires with Thierry Forestier (Domaine Mont de Marie), he offered to help and they accepted. As of 2019, they have 13 hectares of vines including 11 hectares in production with different grape varieties (Grenache, Cinsault, Merlot, Syrah, Grenache Gris, Sauvignon, Carignan, Cabernet, Nielluccio)
