After working in various other wineries, John decided to break out on his own in 2015. He has two hectares of 35-year-old Cinsault vines across a few small plots on clay-limestone with alluvial gravel. Farming organically, the work in the vineyard - as in the cellar - is consistent with the recommendations of the biodynamic calendar.
