Winemaking: 100% Grenache Blanc from a 12-year-old vine, harvested in boxes and pressed directly. Malolactic fermentation is complete, alcoholic fermentation ended at the end of November after a brief pause in October. The fermentation was restarted with a natural leaven made with another vat.

Soil: sandstone and sandy-clay soil
