Chenin occupies 1.4 hectares, spread over three sectors with distinct soil depth and is giving three different wine personalities.These are vinified and aged separately and then put together for setting. White is aged twelve months in wood, then six months in vats. Bottling takes place in February.

Soil: Unique plot of the terroir, located at the top of the hill of Cerisaie on its eastern slope. The soil is sandy loamy clay on 30-80cm and rests on a yellow chalk. 30-50 year old vines.
