Seventh-generation winemaker brothers, Stéphane and Vincent started working in their family vineyards in 1988, then conversion to organic in 2009, producing their first certified vintage in 2013.
Their soil is volcanic and consists of two terroirs; the first has a top soil of sand, gravel and clay with a subsoil soil of gabbro. The second; a topsoil quartz with a subsoil of granite.
The climate is Oceanic, with a soft and humid winter and the wind coming from the west off of the Atlantic.

100% Gamay. Vinification with natural yeasts. Aged in fibreglass. No added sulfites.
75% Gamay Noir and 25% Gamay Chaudenay. Vinification with natural yeasts. Aged in fibreglass. No added sulfites.
100% Melon de Bourgogne. Vinification with natural yeasts. Aged in fibreglass. No added sulfites.

After experimenting with introducing a portion of whole-bunch maceration to their Gamay over the last few years, in 2020 the brother’s committed fully, giving a juicy Pas Rouge on the fruit.
Brilliantly fresh, zippy Folle Blanche wearing it’s salty-spray from the sea with great success.
Fresh, crunchy Gamay from a wet year beset by frost and mildew, has a lovely lift and delicate snap of structure.
Lean, mineral Folle Blanche from a tricky year, brilliantly direct.
Pretty, textural Muscadet with soft fruit and lovely salinity.
Perfect easy-going Loire Pinot: crunchy, fruity and floral, held together by a linear oceanic minerality.
