Bulle Mataproduction is back!

As is becoming a tradition, once a year Laurent & Nathalie at Mataburro will load up a small tank of fermenting juice, drive a couple of hours to Gaillac and join Romain & Fanny at 2PProduction in making a collaborative pet nat. Romain & Laurent met while working at natural wine polestar Le Verre Volé, and have remained friends ever since.

The 2020 Bulle Mataproduction is a 50/50 blend of 2P's Mauzac and Mataburro's Grenache (with a splash of Muscat and Merlot) bottled with 25g residual sugar. A few months later, Laurent & Nathalie make a return trip to Gaillac in the summer help with disgorgement and bottling. Never long for this world, this is a last blast of bottled sunshine.
