We are incredibly excited for an evening not to be missed, as our favourite young Burgundian winemakers head to Tooting for a one-off dinner at the wonderful Juliets Quality Foods.
Morgane & Christian of Domaine Dandelion will be behind the bar pouring their new wines for the first time in London and Guest Chef Guiseppe 'Peppe' Belvedere (Terroirs, Brawn, Bright) will be on the pans cooking what promises to be a feast for the ages from the classical French Repertoire.
Expect flowing plates of freshly whipped Cervelle De Canut , Rillon, Steamed Bass with Sauce Albufera & Chicken Gaston Gérard.
Morgane & Christian will be pouring vintages of their Pinot Noirs, Aligotes & their rare, blushing blend 'Corail' along with their Pet Nat and Cider. Drinks are available to purchase on the night by glass and bottle.
The meal will be four courses with snacks served family style with large sharing plates.
Due to the unique regionality of the food Juliets are not able to offer Dietaries or Substitutions. The meal will include meat, fish, dairy, gluten as standard.
