An English Grower's Dinner at Spring

 

We're very excited to announce the upcoming English Grower's Dinner at Spring on Thursday 1st June. Spring are thrilled to host an exceptionally rare evening with two of the country's pioneering biodynamic growers.

Our Hugo Stewart of Domaine Hugo will join Spring's Skye Gyngell and Jane Scotter of Fern Verrow - a biodynamic farm in Herefordshire growing beautiful produce - for an evening focused on the nuances of working with the unpredictable flavours generated by England's climate.

It's a rare opportunity to taste upcoming wines from Hugo and Daniel Ham, expertly paired with a thoughtfully curated menu to showcase the best of Fern Verrow's produce.
