Winemaking: From a co-planted vineyard that Lori used to pick for Copains Blanc. Hand-harvested together, grapes macerate for 24 hours in the press, before fermentation in concrete. Aged in concrete tank.

Lori Haon started farming 15 hectares in Valliguières in the Gard in 2015. He is a young winemaker who trained in Burgundy, Alsace and Champagne. Lori is committed to a respectful approach to his terroirs, without the use of chemical and synthetic products or weedkiller. His wines are vinified without the use of sulfites.
