When the yields are high in and around the Lauzes Blanche parcel, the fruit from the younger vines fills a tank to become ‘Bouchon Trop’. A detailed & juicy lighter red with substance. Great acidity and lift in 2021.

Winemaking: Hand harvested, 80% whole bunch in a concrete tank, topped up with 20% direct pressed juice for a 2-3 week infusion maceration. Aged in concrete before bottling unfiltered and unfined.

Lori is committed to a respectful approach to his terroirs, without the use of chemical and synthetic products or weedkiller. His wines are vinified without the use of sulfites.
